This policy explains what data Liska collects, why, and who helps us handle it. We do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

  • When you visit liska.ai: standard site analytics, such as which pages get viewed.
  • When you apply: your email and your website.
  • When you are a customer: your account details and what you tell us about your business. The data in your own accounts stays in your accounts.
  • If we emailed you first: your name, work email and company, from public business sources.

2. Why we use it

  • To run the site and understand what works on it (our legitimate interest).
  • To measure and improve our ads (our legitimate interest).
  • To answer your application and hold your call (steps you ask for before a contract).
  • To deliver the service and bill you (our contract with you).
  • To contact businesses that could use Liska (our legitimate interest). Reply or unsubscribe and we stop.
  • To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records (legal obligation).

3. Tools we use

  • PostHog: site analytics, on EU servers.
  • Meta: measures our ads.
  • Wistia: plays our video.
  • Cal.com: books your call.
  • Vercel and Railway: hosting.
  • Resend and Google Workspace: email.
  • Instantly: our outreach emails.
  • Anthropic: the AI behind our agents.
  • Squidlane: payments.

4. Cookies

liska.ai uses a few cookies for analytics, ad measurement and video. You can block them in your browser settings.

5. Where your data goes

Some of these providers are based in the United States. When data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email clem@liska.ai and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, you can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) or to your local one.

8. Children

Liska is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
